I was very disappointed that ******* nor the hotel let me know that the pool and hot tub were closed. That was the whole reason we booked this hotel.

Online check in was great. Front desk staff very friendly. Evening time was quiet even with amount of kids staying there.

Absolutely the rudest guests, drunk and uncaring after 11:00 p.m.....had I known it would have been rowdy I would have saved my money and booked somewhere else.

The guy at the front desk was “off” kept saying the computer was slow but the coworker next to him checked in guests right and left. Not a good first face to the hotel

This hotel was so nice and very affordable. The room was clean and comfortable and so quiet! I slept so well. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax and end the day. I will definitely stay here again, when I’m in Eau Claire.

Awesome sleep! I do not sleep well in hotels, but slept like a baby here! Super comfy beds and pillows. We will stay here again!
